Our Team
Mr. Dheeraj Bari
Overcoming financial hardships, childhood labor, and academic struggles in Palghar, he built a career in textiles as a young auditor before founding Asia Oxygen Tourism, dedicated to connecting people, nature, and cultures while supporting underprivileged students' education.
Vaishali Waghmare
Raised in Nagpur amid financial limitations, she overcame workplace exploitation and social hurdles through jobs in IT, aviation, and competitive exam prep, embodying resilience and dedication in her leadership role.
Yasminee Bashir
With over 14 years of experience in luxury real estate, this Port Blair native founded Andaman Propertywala and YAS Luxury, focusing on sustainable development, luxury living, and connecting global investors with island properties.
Syed Shaaz Hussain
A Civil Engineering graduate from Bengaluru with roots in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, he channels his passion into real estate, second-home concepts, and sustainable infrastructure development for his homeland.
Shubham Shende
A forward-thinking designer based in the Nagpur division, he blends traditional craftsmanship with modern fashion trends, striving to elevate SF Fashion into a top 10 international luxury brand while honoring cultural heritage.
Vaishali Baria
A dedicated nurse who overcame social pressures and personal struggles, she turned her journey of service into empowering women across communities, providing them with leadership, self-reliance, and growth opportunities.
